One piece of software, one hosted connector URL, one subscription. A connector includes one connection (one authenticated identity). Add teammates as additional connections at $19/mo each where the upstream system supports per-user credentials.
My software is niche. Does it cost more?+
No. A niche connector costs the same as a famous one. The universal promise shows up in coverage, not in long-tail price gouging. Builds from API documentation alone may carry a one-time build fee while they need human review, disclosed before checkout.
What does read-only mean during the trial?+
Your AI can look things up but not change anything. Write tools are visible in your dashboard but locked, so you can see exactly what upgrading unlocks. Combined with writes being off by default after upgrade, the trial is close to risk-free.
Can the AI break something in my systems?+
Write actions are opt-in per tool, constrained to specific fields, rate limited, and by default require your explicit confirmation of a human-readable preview before anything reaches your system. Destructive operations start disabled. See the security page for the full model.
Which AI clients are supported?+
Claude, ChatGPT, and any client that accepts a remote MCP connector URL. Before you pay, an eligibility check confirms your specific client and plan can accept custom connectors, so you never discover a wall after checkout.
What happens when I cancel?+
Connector URLs deactivate immediately, upstream tokens are revoked where the provider supports it, and stored credentials are destroyed within 24 hours. Activity logs stay exportable for 30 days, then purge. You can pause instead of cancelling to keep your configuration.
I already have an MCP server. Can you take it over?+
Yes. We re-express existing MCP servers as maintained megamcp connectors, current with the 2026-07-28 spec. Migrations get the first month waived with an annual plan. See the migration page for details.
